How ordering works

All orders are placed on WhatsApp. Tap “Order on WhatsApp” on any product, or message us on +977 970-7211111. Our team confirms the price, availability and delivery details with you in the chat. If a product needs a prescription or a doctor’s advice, please share it in the chat.

Payment

• All orders are paid in advance.
• Cash on Delivery is not available.
• We accept eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, Bank transfer.
• We share the payment details in the WhatsApp chat once your order is confirmed.

Delivery

• We deliver within Nepal only, to every province.
• Inside the Kathmandu Valley: usually 1–2 days.
• Outside the Valley: usually 2–5 days.
• Delivery times start once your payment is confirmed.
• Every order is checked for batch and expiry, sealed and packed before dispatch.

Bulk orders

Pharmacies, clinics, businesses and families can order in bulk. Use the bulk order form or message us for a quote. Bulk orders are also prepaid, and we confirm the delivery time with your quote.
