Three forms of calcium

Calcium Citrate, Calcium Phosphate and Calcium Amino Acid Chelate, giving 229.2 mg elemental calcium.

Vitamin D3 (600 IU)

Helps the body absorb calcium. 100% of the RDA.

Vitamin K2-7 (45 mcg)

Works with Vitamin D3 to help direct calcium to the bones.

Magnesium & Zinc

  • Calcium can reduce the absorption of some medicines (e.g. certain antibiotics and thyroid medicine). Take them a few hours apart, as your doctor advises.
  • Do not combine with other calcium or Vitamin D supplements unless your doctor advises.
