Usually 1–2 days inside the Kathmandu Valley and 2–5 days outside the Valley, counted from when your payment is confirmed. Bulk orders may take a little longer; we’ll confirm the expected time when you order.

All orders are prepaid; we don’t offer Cash on Delivery. Once we confirm your order, you can pay by eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay or bank transfer. We dispatch as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Yes. Pharmacies, clinics, businesses, NGOs and families can order any product in larger quantities. Use our bulk order form to send your list and we’ll share a quote.

No. Kampra Life currently operates and delivers within Nepal only.

We always recommend speaking with your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have a medical condition or take other medicines. Some products should only be used under medical or dental supervision, and their pages say so. If you have a prescription, please share it on WhatsApp when ordering.

Always genuine. The Kampra Life range is marketed by us and manufactured in India by Medivantis Lifesciences (WHO-GMP, ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 certified). We also stock Sante Life nutraceuticals and Oro Fresh dental products, sourced from the brands. Every batch and expiry date is checked before dispatch.

Store them as the label says, usually in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and always out of the reach of children. Each product page also lists its storage advice.
