Frequently asked questions
How do I place an order?
Tap “Order on WhatsApp” on any product. A chat opens with the product name already filled in. Just send it, and our team will confirm the price, payment details and delivery.
Why can’t I buy directly on the website?
We handle every order personally so we can confirm stock, check any prescription, answer your questions and make sure the product is right for you.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–2 days inside the Kathmandu Valley and 2–5 days outside the Valley, counted from when your payment is confirmed. Bulk orders may take a little longer; we’ll confirm the expected time when you order.
How can I pay? Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
All orders are prepaid; we don’t offer Cash on Delivery. Once we confirm your order, you can pay by eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay or bank transfer. We dispatch as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. Pharmacies, clinics, businesses, NGOs and families can order any product in larger quantities. Use our bulk order form to send your list and we’ll share a quote.
Do you deliver outside Nepal?
No. Kampra Life currently operates and delivers within Nepal only.
Do I need a prescription or a doctor’s advice?
We always recommend speaking with your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have a medical condition or take other medicines. Some products should only be used under medical or dental supervision, and their pages say so. If you have a prescription, please share it on WhatsApp when ordering.
Who makes the products you sell?
The Kampra Life range is marketed by Kampra Life and manufactured in India by Medivantis Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. (WHO-GMP, ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 certified). We are also an independent reseller of Sante Life nutraceuticals and Oro Fresh dental products. We check every batch and expiry date before dispatch.
